Personal License

Expensio grants you an on-going, non-exclusive license to use the software we distribute.

You can:

• Use Expensio to manage your personal finances and the personal finances of as many users as you want.
• Deploy Expensio on your own server or a server you manage.
• Modify Expensio to create derivative works for personal use.
• Use Expensio for personal or commercial projects (i.e. manage someone else's finances).
• Deploy as many instances of Expensio as you want.

You cannot:

• Re-distribute Expensio or its derivatives in any form.
• Share your access to Expensio with others.
• Use Expensio to create a competing product.

Example Usage

Allowed:

• Manage your finances.
• Allow your family & friends to manage their finances on your Expensio instance.
• Manage expenses for someone whether you charge them for it or not.
• Modify Expensio to better suit your needs. For example, adding a new feature or changing the color scheme.

Not Allowed:

• Selling or otherwise distributing an existent or self-modified version of Expensio.
• Sharing your access to Expensio with others.

Enforcement

If you violate the license, access to Expensio will be terminated, and a refund may or may not be issued at our discretion.

Liability

Expensio's liability is limited to a refund of your license fee. We are not liable for consequential damages.
